How to Cancel Transunion by Login
Step 1. Navigate your internet browser to https://membership.tui.transunion.com/tucm/login.page?
Step 2. You’ll need to login with email address and password
Step 3. Click on “Support” in the upper right hand corner
Step 4. Click on “Manage subscription”
Step 5. Click on the link to cancel your account
Step 6. Click on “Continue cancellation”
Step 7. Retain the confirmation information you’re given
How to Cancel Transunion by Phone (Live Agent)
Step 1. Contact the business at 1-800-493-2392
Step 2. Pick the menu option 1
Step 3. Advise the representative that you want to cancel your account
Step 4. Provide the agent with your account info
Step 5. Request that you be refunded
Step 6. Ask for a verbal confirmation code or email as proof of your cancellation
