How to Cancel AOL ID Vault by Phone (Live Agent)
Step 1. Contact the business at 1-(855) 797-2781
Step 2. Advise the representative that you want to cancel your account
Step 3. Provide the agent with your account info
Step 4. Ask the representative if you will be charged again
Step 5. Request that you be refunded
Step 6. Ask for a verbal confirmation code or email as proof of your cancellation
Step 7. Retain the confirmation information you’re given
How to Cancel AOL ID Vault by Login
Step 1. Navigate your internet browser to https://myservices.aol.com/manageSubscriptions#/
Step 2. You’ll need to login with AOL email address and password
Step 3. Click on “My Services” on the left side of the screen
Step 4. Click on “Subscriptions”
Step 5. By scrolling down, find “Manage my Benefits”
Step 6. Click on “Manage my Benefits”
Step 7. Fill out the page with your information where it requested to do so
