Can I cancel my prescription?
A doctor can legally cancel your prescription. But a doctor can only cancel it before the prescription is filled at a pharmacy. Electronic prescriptions are canceled easily as prescribers and pharmacies are connected to real-time systems. Canceling written prescriptions is often unsuccessful.
Does NURX give refunds?
No, you cannot return a prescription for credit or a refund. It’s against the law for prescriptions to be returned for resale or reuse.
Is NURX monthly?
We ship a three-month supply of your medication for free. If you receive a one-month supply (whether by choice or because your insurance plan will only pay for one month of medication at a time), we charge an additional $5 per month for extra processing. Is NURX safe?
Yes, drugs prescribed and sent through Nurx are prescribed using the same rules and medical standards as your family physician. A Nurx™ medical professional will only prescribe a medication if it is safe to do so based on the information provided by the patient.
