Kevin Hart is an African American stand-up comedian born July 6, 1979 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. He was raised alongside his older brother, Robert Hart, by their mother, Nancy Hart, who struggled to care for them. Kevin studied and graduated from George Washington High School. He then briefly attended community college in Philadelphia.
He moved to New York City and then to Brockton, Massachusetts, where he found work as a shoe sales representative. He made his decision to pursue a career as a stand-up comedian while performing for the fair reception at Philadelphia’s amateur nightclub.

He got his first gig under the stage name of Lil Kev at The Laff House in Philadelphia. Unfortunately, that gig didn’t go so well as he got negative reviews for his jokes. This didn’t deter him when he took the initiative to start comedy tours. In 2009, he took his show down the road with his act entitled ” I’m a Grown Little Man .”
It was after his 2010 comedy act ” Seriously Funny ” that he started getting interesting popularity and exposure. Hart wasn’t all rosy because he grew up with his parents’ Henry Witherspoon and didn’t have much. His father, Henry Roberts Witherspoon, was a drug addict and was imprisoned when Kevin was a little boy. He left his mother, Nancy Hart, alone to take care of him and raising his older brother Robert.According to Kevin, his mother found it so hard to take care of her that he had to help her as a shoe salesman.It was his natural comedic nature that kept him sane and able to handle the heavy ones Times to overcome in order to achieve success.

Torrei Hart is the first woman he marries and this was in 2003 when Kevin’s career and fame was still on the rise. Together as a couple, they were blessed with two children, whom they named Heaven Hart and Hendrix Hart. Unfortunately, they filed for divorce in February 2010 after citing irreconcilable differences. The divorce was therefore finalized in November 2011 and the spouses went their separate ways, although they are still co-parents from time to time.
After his first divorce, Kevin married a second time, now to the beautiful Eniko Ward. Kevin and Eniko walked down the aisle on August 13, 2016. A year later, on May 14, the couple announced they had a child on the way. The couple’s first child, Kenzo, was born in November 2017.
