She leaped to the position of the advisor of the Inspector General till 2011. Then, in 2013, Tshibaka was handed the role of senior advisor in the National Intelligence director’s office.
From 2014 to 2015, she worked as acting inspector general at the federal trade commission. After that, she held the position of assistant inspector general at the US Postal Service.
