The Rybka twins dad Tory Rybka passed away in July 2017. The Rybka family includes five kids -three sons and two daughters.

Their mother was on cloud nine when she learned she was expecting two baby girls, fulfilling her long-standing wish to have daughters.
Their mother was also an acrobat dancer
As the Rybka Twins’ mom was a dancer and an acrobat when she was young, she took her daughters to their first acrobat class when they were just three years old.
The sisters were so shy that they wouldn’t do the acro class unless their mom stayed in the class. When the girls reached five, their mother took them to their first dance class.
They would practice dance for a few hours every day. The siblings even tried singing.
After enjoying years of fun in primary school, the twins found it challenging to transition into high school as they weren’t prepared to grow up and leave their friends behind.
Just before they went to high school, they auditioned for Australia’s Got Talent. And though the twins were nervous about the new transition, they had quite a good time in high school.
Later, they attended UNI and studied Bachelor of Education majoring in drama and minoring in dance. They finished their degree at the end of 2016.
During their time at UNI, they auditioned for Australia’s Got Talent (2013) for the second time and made it through the semi-finals.
The Rybka Twins dad passed away in 2017
Sam and Teagan’s father was born on December 8, 1956, in Australia. Sadly, he passed away on July 19, 2017, at the age of 60.
“This was a huge shock and we’re still struggling to come to terms with it,” the sisters said in their 2017 video titled “DRAW MY LIFE” on YouTube.
“Life can be pretty unfair sometimes and catch you by surprise. So, enjoy life today because yesterday is gone and tomorrow is never promised. We love you Dad and we miss you every day,” they added.
The Rybka Twins Dazzle The Judges on AGT
The Rybka Twins wowed the AGT judges with their mixed-medium routine of tricks and dancing. Their audition aired on Tuesday, July 18, at 8/7c on NBC.
The sister met Simon Cowell last year on the AGT red carpet, where he said they should audition for AGT.
They gracefully presented an act mix of synchronized dancing and contortion.
Heidi Klum said she was taken by them after the first split trick. Howie Mandel admitted he “could like it” if the act wasn’t so “corny.”
He even said, “That would not go viral on TikTok (actually the duo has millions of followers on social media. One of their clips amassed over 3.6 million likes and 36.3 million views.).
Sofia Vergara also thought their act was outdated. She said it could be made more modern.
On the contrary, Simon completely disagreed with Sofia and Howie, calling the act “fun” with “great showmanship.” “I loved this audition. You’re fun, you’re likable. I find you two interesting,” he added.
But with no confidence from Sofia and Howie, it looked like the sisters would be eliminated, but ultimately Sofia was talked into by the cheering crowd and she voted a “yes.”
