Matt Shea is a member of the Washington House of Representatives who represents the 4th Legislative District in Spokane Valley, Washington. He is a Republican Party supporter. He was first elected in 2008, then in 2009, he voted against Washington State’s gay marriage legislation. The bill was passed.
