Hong Jin Young was born in Gwangju, South Korea on August 9, 1985 under the star sign of Leo. There is little to no information about her background, but it has been established that she has an older sister, Hong Sun-young, whom she grew up with. The duo appeared on SBS ‘s My Ugly Duckling in 2018.
A dive into her academic background will reveal that she completed her graduate studies at Chosun University, one of the oldest private universities in South Korea. She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Commerce there, followed by a doctorate in business administration in 2012.

Jin Young has had a rewarding career as a musician and occasional actress. Her musical career began in 2007 as a member of Korean girl group SWAN.
