Halima Abubakar Husband: Mohammed Indimi Is The Father Of Her Son

Halima Abubakar is romantically involved with a man named Mohammed Indimi, and they have one son together. The son was reportedly born on April 3, 2020, and is currently two years old.

The actress has steadfastly kept her love life out of the media. Although she is in showbiz, showing off her relationship is unnecessary because people will always be ready to crash it.

We do not even know if Mohammed is her husband or boyfriend.

Halima has further stated that she will continue having kids without revealing the identity of her spouse. She added that motherhood has helped her become calm.

The Nigerian actress is the fifth child in a family of six children, including Billy and Issa.

Illness And Health Update: Halima Is A Patient Of Lupus

In a sad turn of events, Halima’s family revealed that the actress is sick. Her health condition has been gradually deteriorating following her altercation with Apostle Johnson.

On September 23, 2019, we learned that Halima Abubakar was diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer (lupus). She has been fighting it since 2016.

Doctors diagnosed her in November 2016 after she collapsed at her father’s funeral following a long-haul flight to Nigeria from the US.

After being admitted to a hospital in Abuja, she had blood transfusions to fight off a life-threatening complication called aplastic anemia, where her bone marrow could no longer produce new blood cells.

An illness has taken her down at the height of her career, and she has never fully recovered.

Halima also explained that her ailing health was why she had been absent from the public eye over the past few years. She stated that she wanted to give priority to her health. She also thanked her well-wishers and loved ones.

Fierce Battle With Apostle Johnson Suleman

Halima has been coming to the limelight after opening up about her alleged romantic relationship with Apostle Johnson Suleman, the founder and senior pastor of Omega Fire Ministries (OFM).

The actress and her family have warned that the cleric should be held responsible if anything happens to her.

A few months ago, rumors emerged that the preacher had extramarital affairs with different Nollywood actresses. The list included female celebrities like Halima Abubakar, Shan George, Queen Nwokoye, and Vivian Metchie.

However, some took to social media to dismiss the allegations in July. Johnson also debunked the post, describing the list as an unrealistic attempt to bring him down.

In contrast, Halima Abubakar has come forward admitting the deed. She also posted screenshots of their chats. She said she did it 11 years ago because Johnson lied to her about being separated from his wife.

However, many Nigerians seem to disbelieve her allegations. They think it is impossible for anyone in Nigeria not to know about his wife, Lizzy, and their three children at the time.

Halima Abubakar was born in Kano but is originally from Kogi, Nigeria. She attended Ideal primary school in Kano, then studied Sociology at Bayero University. We also know her by her alternate name Alima Abubakar.
