The Russia Hoax: The Illicit Scheme to Clear Hillary Clinton and Frame Donald Trump

Gregg Jarrett Russia Hoax

Jarrett reveals the real story behind Hillary Clinton’s deep state collaborators in government and also exposes their nefarious actions during and after the 2016 election.

The book reveals how persons within the FBI and Barack Obama’s Justice Department worked improperly to help elect Hillary Clinton and defeat Donald Trump in the presidential election in 2016.

When the suspected effort failed, the same people appear to have pursued a contrived investigation of President Trump in an attempt to undo the election results and remove him as president.

Gregg Jarrett  Trump

The evidence suggests that partisans within the FBI and the Department of Justice, driven by personal animus and a misplaced sense of political righteousness, surreptitiously acted to subvert electoral democracy in our country.

He has been accused of allowing his political positions to color his legal commentary. He often choses his legal positions based on which political party would be affected. He called for a grand jury for Hillary Clinton over her email controversy in August 2017. A day later, when a grand jury was impaneled by special counsel Robert Mueller in the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections, he said that grand juries were an “undemocratic farce”. Gregg later called the Mueller investigation “illegitimate and corrupt” on Fox News, stating that “the FBI has become America’s secret police” and “a shadow government”. He likened the FBI to the KGB, the Soviet security agency, for which he received PolitiFact’s “Pants on Fire” rating. According to PolitiFact, “numerous historians of the FBI and the KGB say the comparison is ridiculous. The KGB implemented the goals of the Communist Party leadership, including countless examples of tortures and summary executions. By contrast, the FBI is subject to the rule of law and is democratically accountable.”

Jarrett has said that former FBI Director James Comey may have broken the law by releasing a memo to press wherein Comey recounted a conversation with President Trump where he requested that Comey end the investigation into Michael T. Flynn. University of Texas School of Law professor Bobby Chesney said Gregg’s assertion was “nonsense”. University of Georgia law professor Diane Marie Amann also refuted Gregg’s assertion.

He asserted that he had a “highly reliable congressional source” in February 2018, which told him that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein “used the power of his office to threaten members of Congress”; The Huffington Post described the assertion as “dubious”.

Fox’s Jarrett rips CNN’s Lemon as ‘a racist, hypocrite and idiot all rolled into one’

Published; 10/31/18

Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett on Wednesday called Don Lemon “a racist, hypocrite and idiot all rolled up into one” after the CNN anchor said that “the biggest terror threat in this country is white men.”

“CNN’s Don Lemon has now removed all doubt that he is a racist, hypocrite and idiot all rolled into one,” Jarrett tweeted. “Quite the accomplishment.”

Jarrett, a former MSNBC and Court TV anchor, joined other media members, primarily conservatives, who slammed Lemon for comments made Monday night and have since gone viral.

“We have to stop demonizing people and realize the biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized to the right, and we have to start doing something about them,” Lemon said to fellow CNN anchor Chris Cuomo as the latter handed off his show.

“There is no travel ban on them. There is no ban on — you know, they had the Muslim ban. There is no white guy ban,” Lemon added.

Lemon was referring to a ban preventing travel to the U.S. by nationals from five Muslim-majority countries introduced by the Trump administration in early 2017. The Supreme Court upheld the ban in June on a 5-4 vote.

Responses from other Fox News hosts and pundits quickly followed after Lemon’s comments made the rounds online.

Fox News and CNN have escalated their war of words in recent months both on air and on social media, primarily over each’s respective coverage of President Trump.
