Gregory Raymond Kelly was born on the 17th of December 1968 in Garden City New York. His father’s name is Raymond W. Kelly while his mother’s name is Veronica. He also has a brother named Jim Kelly. Kelly’s father is a career police officer and served two terms (1992-1994, 2002-2013) as New York Police Commissioner.
