A woman was arrested on 2nd August 2021 after she left her mother’s body in her residence for over a few months and vacant all her mother’s bank account by transferring all the amount on her bank account. Her mother named Gloria Pike was passed away in the month of August 2020 and then her daughter wrapped her mother’s body in the newspaper and left her in the kitchen of the house and she slept aside to the kitchen’s room. As per the latest reports, it is stated that the deceased daughter didn’t do the cremation of her mother for occupying the benefits of her mother’s Social Security benefits. This news shocked everyone and all of them want justice for the deceased and demands the organization to put her in jail for her ridiculous and disgusting crime which she did with her mother.
The woman identified as Geanee Pike aged 54-year-old who lived at 11940 Nicewarner Road and now, she is under the custody of police with the charge of the violation of a body and doing financial identity scam. She is in the Washington County Detention Center where she held with no bond set. As per the latest report of the Sheriff’s Office, Geanee’s mother named Gloria Pike aged 72 was missing from July 2021 and the report of her missing was filed by her brother named George Maness. In the statement, he told the department that her sister is missing from the month of August 2020 and she had breast cancer of Stage 4 and she lived with her daughter and then Sergeant Autumn Holland reached the home of Pike to investigate the case.
In the home, Pike stated that she was not missing and now, she is living with an anonymous friend at an unnamed location by which the Serhant told her to check her room and he wants to investigate her house but she denied to do this. Also, she denied having permission on her bank account and her bank’s debit card. After that Serhant investigate the bank account of Gloria where he found that a transaction has been made on 27th July at the Dollar General Store which is in Lincoln and in the security camera ait is identified that Pile was utilizing the bank card.
After that, a search warrant has been made for finding and investigating the house of Plike and during the searching, the officers found that the body of Gloria lied on a bed in the kitchen. Also, in the room, they found several jugs and buckets in which several of urine and human feces is filled. After that, Pike accepted this and tells Holland that her mother was died of natural cause and for using her money and to get the benefit of Social Security benefits she never tells anyone about her death and stays with her.
