He was born in Ghana on November 11, 1951, and had a tremendous career in the Fuji Music business.
The late Fuji vocalist was formerly signed to the late Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji’s Adetunji Records. It was owned by the late Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji.
In 1992, he signed with the now-defunct Sony Music label run by Keji Okunowo and released the hit album Message, produced by Laolu Akins.
Iyanda was well-known for his leadership of the then-younger generation of Fuji artists that rallied around the late Fuji hero, Sikiru Ayinde Barrister.
