After nearly two years of hunting for a trainer in Kentucky and traveling from club to gym, she decided to take matters into her own hands and start a three-week challenge group.
The group had 30-minute exercises every day, as well as a tailored nutrition plan, because it’s no secret that proper diet and exercise are two factors that contribute to a healthy lifestyle.

Geroux and Spindler first crossed paths in Chicago at a racetrack. The professional jockey just moved to the city to train with French trainer Patrick Biancone.
Following their encounter, they began dating within a matter of months, as their first couple picture was posted in December 2008.
After a year of dating, the couple took their first vacation to Italy, where they toured the underground cells of the gladiators at the Colosseum. Furthermore, Geroux’s Facebook page is abuzz with photographs from their trip to Rome.
The Couple Got Married On July 24, 2013
After five years of relationship, Florent and Kasey officially became Mr. and Mrs. Geroux. They recited their wedding promises in July 2013.
Similarly, their modest wedding was attended by their family and friends, but the cutest attendees were their two toddlers. Well, the couple welcomed their daughters before their wedding at a chapel.
While wishing her husband on their wedding anniversary, Spindler posted an image from their wedding day, that also features their daughters in their arms.
Florent Daughters Enrolls At St. Aloysius Catholic School
Geroux is the father to two adorable daughters, Olivia and Celine. Both of them are middle school students at St. Aloysius Catholic School.
The 36-year-old jockey and his partner welcomed their first child on September 15, 2011, two years before they planned to marry. After that, in December 2012, they brought their second kid, Celine, into the world.
Together, the family is claimed to dwell in Louisville. They had resided in Chicago earlier so Geroux could begin the immigration process.
Meanwhile, the family appears to have relocated to Louisiana in 2020 since their daughter started attending a new school on Mimosa St. in Baton Rouge.
