The figure skater icon Yuzuru Hanyu is the only of his kind to have reached incredible feats in his competitive skating career.
Hanyu brought a rare combination of showmanship, artistry, and power to the ice, wrote The New York Times. The Japanese lad is an exemplary figure skater, broken nineteen world records, the most times among single skaters.
He is a two-time Olympics champion, having won the golds in 2014 and 2018.
Within his Olympics wins, he became the first Asian men’s singles skater to win the gold, the youngest male skater to win the title since 1948, and the first man to win two consecutive Olympic gold medals in 1948 and 1952.
With so many feats on his name, Yuzuru is also the first Asian singles skater man to win multiple World Championships.

Now that he is settled for a professional career, he recently launched a YouTube channel to be close to his fans. Hanyu will soon make an impressive start to his new career.
