Elisjsha was in the shopping mall with his girlfriend when the mass shooting began.
Police identified the shooter as a 20-year-old warehouse worker Jonathan carrying two rifles and a Glock pistol. He used the AR 15-style rifle to shoot after preparing for more than one hour in the bathroom.
He had fired 24 rounds within the first two minutes. He was trying to flee to the washroom before being shot by Dicken from quite a distance.
Elisjsha was a shopper seen in a t-shirt and shorts with his long-time girlfriend. He was rightfully carrying a 9 mm Glock pistol with him.
