ABSTRACT
This research is based on the effect of poor infrastructural facilities in the department or secretarial studies in Olabisi Onabanjo University. Simple random sampling techniques was used in selecting the schools and respondent for the study. The participation consisted of 20 students in each school and it is made up of 100 students in each school. A descriptive research design was adopted for the study. A questionnaire titled “Effect of poor infrastructural facilities in the department or secretarial studies” was prepared and used to collect data for the study. The data so collected through the questionnaire were analysed using simple random method analysis. It was suggested among others that a specific percentage of educational budget should be made available for provision and maintenance of the school infrastructure in order to reverse the trend of lack of facilities in the educational sector.
