This place looks beautiful but we encountered lots of problems – the rooms had cobwebs – the light in our room was faulty – the bed made lots of noise – the reception desk is not manned 24/7 – they don’t have working phones, we had to ring the manager with our mobile when we had concerns about our security – staff unprofessional – the securityman is doggy with no training – we were accused of having broken items in our hotel room by the security man and he tried to extort money from us, this was not true!
