Virginia Louise Guiffre (Roberts) is an avid supporter of sex trafficking survivors. She, herself, was a victim of sex trafficking and has come a long way since her dark days.
Guiffre was born on 9th August 1983 in Sacramento, California, United States of America.
The Australian-American campaigner had a rough upbringing, having been molested at a very young age of seven by a close family friend.
Her life spiraled when she started living in the streets from 13 years of age and was abused by a 65-year old sex trafficker. Later, she also worked as a masseur for a property owned by Donald Trump.
Guiffre is famous for alleging Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell of grooming and trafficking for sexual purposes.
She had previously sued Epstein for sexually assaulting her as a teen. As per recent reports, Giuffre agreed to end her lawsuit against Epstein in exchange for the financier giving her $500,000.
She had also alleged that Prince Andrew, Duke of York of sexual abuse and rape when she was 17 years old.
The advocate sued the Duke of York for damages in August 2021.
