Luke Winters of Gresham will be making his Olympic debut in Beijing in 2022 and competing for Alpine skiing.
In 2019, the 24-year-old won his first national championship, finishing first in alpine combined at Sugarloaf in Maine.
He also won a medal at the Junior World Championships in 2018. At the World Cup level, Winters focuses on the technical events of slalom and giant slalom.
Winters recently finished in the top ten at the first slalom race of 2022 in Adelboden, Switzerland.
