She mentioned that she was just 19 years old, and Manson was 38 then. However, Marilyn denied all her allegations. A lawsuit was filed against her instead on alleging defamation, violation of the Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act, emotional distress, and “impersonation over the internet” earlier this month.
Although the actress said she was not scared of Manson’s legal action. She also added this is how it all works. The situation she has been kept in is what every survivor goes through when they try to expose someone in power or a good position, and victims remain quiet.

Evan Rachel Wood is presently fighting for custody of her son Jack, whom she shares with her ex-husband Jamie Bell. Until December 6, when The Daily Mail broke the story, the conflict had mostly gone unnoticed.
