Nicholas, who worked as a bartender at Tiger Woods restaurant The Woods Jupiter, was returning home after the end of his shift when he got killed in a tragic accident.
The car crash took place at around 6 p.m. nearly 20 miles away from the restaurant where it had a recorded speed of 70 mph; Immesberger died on the spot. Later, his alcohol level was found at 0.256 which is over three times the legal limit.
Reportedly, Immesberger had earlier suffered from another car accident a month ago while driving drunk. Nicholas’ parents claim that the restaurant manager and other workers allowed him to drink excessively despite being aware of his alcohol addiction.
