Lauren Cohan finally leaves Walking Dead in season 9 ?
There’s a very good chance that Lauren Cohan will leave The Walking Dead in the 9th season. Both Lauren and her character are loved by cast and fans.
During her time on the show, Lauren noted that she and her female co-stars (who were also featured as main characters) were paid far less than their male counterparts. As the new season approached, during contract negotiations, the actress asked for a pay rise (but not a salary equal to that of her male counterparts) as is customary after years of work. .
However, the network was reluctant to give her the deserved raise despite the support from fans and actors on the actress’ side. Due to the network delay, she signed on for a new role on the ABC series Whiskey Cavalier, presumably to show she wasn’t bluffing.
The actress, however, signed on to appear in a few episodes of the ninth season of The Walking Dead but refused to commit to the entire season.
Currently, his future with the series is unclear and undecided.
What can she do now?
Lauren Cohan recently signed on to star in the new ABC series – Whiskey Cavalier. She will play Francesca “Frankie” Trowbridge, a CIA agent codenamed “Fiery Tribune” who leads an interagency team of spies alongside Will Chase, an FBI agent codenamed “Whisky Cavalier.” . Together, the team will save the world and each other.
Before accepting the role of Frankie Trowbridge, she was wanted by many networks and many shows for lead and lead roles. We can say that the actress is doing well.
