Denmark
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to
apply for a Danish Visa.
- Correct application form duly filled out
- Two (2) identical photographs must be submitted, They should be 35mm x 45mm in Width and Height.
- Valid passport.
- 2 passport-sized photographs.
- Your passport and copies of your previous visas – valid for at least 3 months beyond return date .
- Travel insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000.
- Round-trip flight reservations or a complete travel itinerary.
- Hotel reservation or proof of accommodation.
- A cover letter stating the purpose of visit to Denmark and itinerary.
- Bank statements from the previous 3 months.
- Proof of civil status (marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, death certificate of spouse, ration card if applicable).
- Means of subsistence – Proof of sufficient financial means for the period of stay in Denmark.

Requirements
- Completed Danish Tourist Visa Application Form with the provision of correct information.
- Two passport-sized photos, no older than three months.
- Your valid passport issued within the last 10 years and valid for a minimum of 3 months after the end of your planned stay in Denmark. The passport must have at least two blank pages in order to be able to put the visa sticker on it.
- If you have ever held any visa to any country in the world, submit copies of those visas.
- Certificate of a criminal record of the home country showing that candidate has no open.
- Invitation letter from the Danish company you will be visiting and their detailed address accompanied with the dates of your visit.
- Certificate of a criminal record of the home country showing that candidate has no open crime case involvement.
- A certificate from your employer stating/allowing your business travel.
- If there were previous trade relations between the two companies, proof of such events must be provided.
- Business bank statement of the latest 6 months.
- Regarding the applicant’s expenses during stay Poland, either the employer or the partner company must state coverage of expenses on the letter or invitation.

Requirements
- An enrollment certificate allowing attendance of courses.
- Certificate of completion or courses attended.
- Financial sustenance .
- Language proficiency proof.
- Visa fee payment proof (310 EUR).
- Minimum funds proof (around 1000 EUR/month).

Requirements
- This visa type is for Namibians who are going to Denmark for sightseeing and tourism purposes.
- You will provide evidence that shows you have enough money to support yourself throughout your stay in Denmark.
- You also need to provide bank certification, bank books, Personal bank statements, credit card statements or balance covering the last six months.
- Completed Denmark Tourist Visa Application Form with the provision of correct information.
- Two passport-sized photos, no older than three months.
- Your valid passport issued within the last 10 years and valid for a minimum of 3 months after the end of your planned stay in Denmark. The passport must have at least two blank pages in order to be able to put the visa sticker on it.

- Travel Itinerary that shows what you will be doing in Denmark, when you will arrive and when you will leave, and includes proof of arranged transportation including plane ticket booking and hotel booking.
- Means of subsistence while in Denmark.
- Flight tickets of your destination country should be presented during the visa application process.
- Receipt of paid visa application fee is required.
- If you will be traveling with a minor, you will need:
- A valid birth certificate.
- A complete application form must have been signed by both parents.
- You are not allowed to work or study during your stay in the country.
- The visa is valid for 90 days.
