The Drakenstein farm Watch is a group of dedicated volunteers who strive on quick response.
This volunteer driven entity serves the community for emergency cases such as Fire-fighting and a Medical Response, together with the authorities.
It is with great honour to represent such a team and as we mainly focus on fire-fighting between November and June, we at De Leewenhof Estate, founders of the Farm Watch, have proudly sponsored the Fire Fighting Unit of the Drakenstein farm Watch together with local Sponsors.
The Drakenstein farm watch started as a small group of farmers who went out of their way to help each other, and the local community with any sort of problems.
As the need for quick response rose, so did the members of the farm watch.
