The concerned officials are currently looking for a man armed with a gun; witnesses saw him leaving the scene of a fatal shooting in Port Stephens. On Sunday at around 1:45 pm in Salt Ash, emergency services were called to a crash.
People found out a white ute had collided with a letterbox in the front yard of a residence. And, later on, officials found out that the driver, David from Tanilba Bay, was suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was lying outside the vehicle.
Officials did their best to revive David but could not, and he died at the scene. The police officers are looking forward to the case as a targeted attack. So, they are in search of a man who was seen leaving the area with a gun.

And not only this, after some time, a white Santa Fe was seen burnt out Masonite Road, Heatherbrae. Maybe the car on which the suspect escaped and the burnt car is the same. As per our knowledge, it seems the suspect is trying to erase all the evidence.
The suspect was believed to be with Mr. King inside the vehicle. The investigators couldn’t definitively say how many others were inside at the time of the crash.
