Christian Tobechukwu Obumseli was reportedly stabbed to death by his girlfriend Courtney Taylor, where police along with the people have believed the incident is seems like a baker act.
A family is seeking answers after a young man Christian Tobechukwu Obumseli was stabbed to death in his Miami home by his girlfriend named Courtney Tailor.
Police are calling the incident a domestic dispute and Tailor is being held for a mental evaluation. The incident happened Sunday night at the One Paraiso luxury building at 3131 Northeast 7th Avenue in Edgewater.
Moreover, Miami police officials said officers responded to a report of a man stabbed at the building and upon arrival, they found the 27 years old victim who was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Usually, being baker acted means that a person was admitted to a mental health hospital to be mentally assessed. The time a person can be held during the Baker Act is 72 hours.
Courtney Taylor Clenney was not initially arrested or charged by the Miami police department. She was detained but ended up in the hospital after threatening to kill herself while she was at the police station.
Courtney currently faces no charges due to police trying to figure out what happened and if Clenney acted in self-defense. Friends of Courtney and Christian are stunned about the whole station.
One friend did tell Local 10 that she has seen Courtney be physically abusive towards Christian in the past as well. “We’ve seen her hit him, I’ve never seen him hit her,” Ashley Vaughn said.
Ashley continued on by telling Local 10 that Courtney wouldn’t need to pull a knife out on Christian.

The neighbors reveal that they saw Courtney Taylor is physically abusive towards Courtney while he was watching inside their apartment from his apartment.
They said it occurred a week before the stabbing. “I could not tell if it was open-handed or closed-handed, but he was swinging at her,” the neighbor said.
The Miami Police Department has revealed that they responded to multiple disturbance calls from Christian and Courtney’s apartment in the last three months.
