Comedian and House of Games Contestant Sarah Keyworth Separated From Her Partner During The Pandemic

Sarah Keyworth from House of Games ended her relationship with partner Catherine Bohart. Both ladies are famous comedians.

Sarah, who appeared in Richard Osman’s House of Games with Kevin Eldon, had a girlfriend until 2020. She and fellow comedian Catherine were dating and had been together for five years before ending it in 2020.

House Of Games Sarah Keyworth Partner Catherine Bohart

Sarah Keyworth and partner Catherine Bohart were a thing once but they have since separated from each other. They are both comedians.

Catherine is an Irish stand-up comedian, writer, and actor based in London. She is the daughter of a Catholic deacon who grew up in Clonsilla, Fingal.

She studied French and History at Trinity College before attending the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. There she received an MA in Acting for Screen. After struggling as an actress, she had a career transition and moved to a stand-comedy.

Within a few years, her comedy career took off, and she became a finalist for the 2016 BBC New Comedy Award and 2018 Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year. She has also supported Ellie Taylor and Nish Kumar on tour and wrote for The News Quiz, The Now Show, and Frankie Boyle’s New World Order.

But, her professional debut was made with her performance of Immaculate at the 2018 Edinburgh Festival. With its tremendous success, she took the show to London and on a national tour.

One well-known fact about Bohart is that she suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. While she seems chatty and can even joke about her obsessiveness now, both offstage and onstage, there was a time when she could not leave her house because of it. She had spent four months in the St Patrick’s University Hospital for treatment.

Sarah And Catherine Relationship

Sarah and Catherine met in 2015 and lived together in Kilburn, London. But, both of them being in the same profession, there was some jealousy at the beginning of their relationship.

Once, Catherine shared in an interview with Standard Co Uk about jealousy because of their similar profession. It was a coincidence, but they performed back-to-back in the same Edinburgh venue.

But as time passed, she said the rivalry was almost gone in their relationship, and she would be happy if Sarah got another job because that meant they were close to getting a new car.

With two comedians in the same home, it is expected that there would be much laughter and joy in their relationship. When talking to Guardian, Sarah shared about her funniest meal.

She said that once Catherine made an unsuccessful onion soup, she had it without complaint out of politeness until Catherine tried it and called it rancid.

While the duo had many respective fans, they were also a popular comedian couple. But, it all came down in the pandemic. Catherine had an eventful lockdown as her five-year-long relationship ended, and she had to stay home alone while also dealing with OCD.

While there were difficulties in dealing with the heartbreak of being dumped as a 33-year-old adult, Catherine can also make jokes out of it. She had a witty analysis of her experience, and her comedy show ‘This Isn’t For You’ was about her breakup.

She talked about how her OCD became worse by both breakup and lockdown and how getting dumped not long after she and her former partner launched a podcast called, You’ll Do, which was about love and relationships, added insult to her injury.
