Colin Michael Poche is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball.
Poche attended Marcus High School in Flower Mound, Texas. As a senior in 2012, he went 7-3 with a 0.21 ERA.
He was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the fifth round of the 2012 Major league Baseball Draft out of high school but did not sign and attended the University of Arkansas, where he played college baseball.
After two years in Arkansas, he transferred to Dallas Baptist University. In 2016, as a redshirt junior, he pitched to a 9-1 record with a 2.38 ERA in 16 starts.
On May 1, 2018, Poche was acquired by the Tampa Bay Rays as a Player to be named later to complete the Steven Souza trade from February 2018.
