Eric Musselman sister Nicole Musselman grew up in suburban Cleveland, Ohio. Nicole and Eric attended Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School.
Besides, Nicole comes from a basketball family as the daughter and sister of two NBA coaches. Her brother has served as head coach of the Golden State Warriors and the Sacramento Kings.
Although she has sports in her bloodline, Nicole chose a different route and made a name for herself in the fashion industry. She launched her clothing brand named KOCH.
When she founded Koch, Nicole had no experience in manufacturing, pattern creation, grading and marking. But she learned as she went along and made her own fabrics with unique designs.
Today, she is the founder and CEO of a company on a mission to inspire females to leave their impact on the world by being joy makers and risk-takers.

Her Linkedin page states that Nicole attended the Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, developed exclusively for executives at important career transition points.
She started her clothing business, “KOCH” in December 2012, after her graduation. The first five years of growing the firm seemed a lot like a failure to her but she turned it into success with her hard work.
Similarly, she felt exhilarated since she was doing something she was passionate about—and ideally, do it uniquely. She had cash flow challenges and a steep learning curve in understanding the production side of developing and producing apparel in the United States.
Despite the obstacles, she learned to trust her instincts, tune out the outside world’s noise, and keep focused on why she wanted to build KOCH.
Nicole Main Mission To Start KOCH
Musselman’s main goal at KOCH is to inspire girls to leave their imprint on the world by being risk-takers and joy makers.
Similarly, she wishes for her son and the KOCH community to have the fortitude to believe in humanity and trust that there is a power above and beyond.
As reported by shopkoch.com, Nicole has enjoyed speaking with so many members of the KOCH community.
She spoke at the Westlake High School Fashion Show to benefit Community First Village, appeared on a podcast for the Kendra Scott Institute at Mccombs Business School, and visited the University of Arkansas to speak about entrepreneurship.
Nicole Is A Mother To Henry
Nicole and her husband are parents to a son Henry Musselman-Boykin. Henry is a Lacrosse player from St. Mark’s School of Texas.
Musselman has been tight-lipped about her wedding, but her Instagram post includes photos of her with him. A snapshot in New York shows Nicole with a man, presumably her spouse, with the comment area reading “cute together.”
On the other hand, her recent posts and reels include photographs of her kid and his sporting career. A few years ago, her son, Henry, began to cry after getting off the plane, stating he had never been a part of anything so magnificent and how much he wanted to achieve it.
Henry was alluding to the NCAA March Madness match that Nicole’s brother had won on the buzzer with his college basketball team, advancing them to the Sweet Sixteen.
Aside from his athletic career, Henry has also dabbled in business, co-founding the sneaker company 33.9 with his mother.
Nicole Launched 33.9 Sneakers With Her Son Henry
Nicole and her son Henry co-founded the shoe line 33.9 on November 1, 2021. The mother-son duo is running the company together.
The brand 33.9 was initially inspired by her father, Bill Musselman. The basketball coach is a former NBA and NCAA legend and lives on in her memories.
During the summer of 2020, Henry designed the concept for the brand as a high school junior at St. Mark’s School of Texas. He wanted to honor his grandfather.
Coming from a family of sportsmen and fashion designers, Henry wanted to create something that would appeal to both. So, he thought to launch a business with his mother.
The Story Behind Nicole And Henry Sneaker Brand 33.9
The official website shop339original describes the story of the sneaker brand 33.9. The brand reflects the spirit of the dreamer who never gives up.
Bill Musselman, the great American basketball coach, authored and published a book titled 33.9 in 1969. It was centered on his building as the nation’s number one defense.
Likewise, the sneakers are named after Musselman’s record-breaking NCAA season, in which the opposition team averaged only 33.9 points per game.
The brand pays tribute to Musselman’s unshakeable optimism that everything is possible; he trusted in the longshot.
