The driver, Joesph Gilroy appeared at Donegal Circuit Court for sentencing. He was already disqualified from driving in Northern Ireland.
Gilroy, aged 23, pleaded guilty to a range of charges including dangerous driving causing death and serious injury without a license.
The car accident claimed the lives of two friends Shiva Devine and Conall McAleer and left the mother of one wheelchair-bound.
All the friends had been socializing in Fermanagh before traveling to Bundoran to attend a nightclub stated the car driver at court.
Mr. Joseph had apparently taken over the duties of driving the car from Conor Brennan who was the owner of the car to Bundoran.
The speed of the car increased as it traveled through a number of bends on a continuous white line unveiled the Garda forensic evidence.
Elliot uncovered that she deals with everyday situations smoothly, however, she can’t switch off at night due to the incident.
Moreover, she has sought the help of the mental health team after the decline in her mental state. She finds it hard to control her emotions.
