Wendy Black was shot and killed on Saturday, 11 December.

She was a certified registered nurse anesthetist. Her former husband, who later committed suicide, was the murderer.

Wendy Black was the former wife of Jay Black, aka Rajaee Shareef Black.

Her ex-husband shot and killed her on 11 December 2021. She was the second victim. The first was his 41-year-old ex-girlfriend, Tara Lang, whom he shot inside a home in South Baltimore. 

As per the court documents, Jay had been fighting custody battles since July 2018. There are several domestic violence cases against him.

A judge dismissed April 2020 and Mach 2019 cases along with a peace order. In addition to these, two others, July 2018 and September 2018, got dropped shortly after the filing. Likewise, one against Wendy came in October 2018, but the plaintiff dismissed it. As for the person behind the filings, it remains unknown.

Apart from Wendy’s murder, there is little that we know about her. Reports say she worked as a nurse anesthetist at Howard County General Hospital for almost five years.

Wendy Black Murder And Suicide

Wendy Balck’s ex-husband, Rajaee Black, murdered her and his ex-girlfriend, Tara Lang, on 11 December 2021.

In a Facebook Live, the murderer talks about his upsetness due to custody issues with both women. He streamed standing outside an apartment building in Columbia Kings Contrivance neighborhood.

He says that he did something crazy as he shot his ex-girlfriend in the head. After that, he described his ex-wife as the root of his depression and mentioned her as the second target. And himself as the last one. Shortly after that, Wendy opened the door. Rajaee then exclaims his ex-wife, and the video cuts off.

The two shootings happened within an hour of each other. Baltimore Police Department’s Southern District station received a call around 1:30 p.m. Then, at about 2:08 p.m., Howard County Police officers found the dead bodies of Wendy and Rajaee in 7300 block of Eden Brook Drive, Columbia.

As for Wendy Natalie Balck’s age, she was 42 years.

She now survives through her two young children. After the shooting that took Wendy’s life, police found her children unharmed in Rajaee’s black BMW. The vehicle was in the parking lot of an apartment complex.

It seems the children didn’t witness the shooting and are in a safe environment. As for their details, inclduing names, ages, and gender, police didn’t reveal them.
