We produce wines from four Georgian grape varietals: Saperavi, Mtsvane, Kisi and Rkatsiteli, all grown in our 11 hectares of vineyard directly adjacent to the property.
Our wines are made in Qvevris – the traditional earthenware amphoras buried in the cool earth – in the same way it’s been done in Georgia for over 8,000 years.
The winery ‘s boutique hotel has 13 bedrooms, an all-year heated swimming pool, hiking trails in the forests & foothills, and an acclaimed restaurant serving classic Georgian cuisine – with a twist – from locally sourced organic produce.
