Aznil Nawawi Wife
Aznil Nawawi married Zauyah Tarmizi in 2000 but he later divorced her. He was RM350 by the Federal Territory Lower Syariah Court for divorcing his wife without the court’s permission. He was charged under Section 124 of Akta Undang-undang Keluarga Islam Wilayah Persekutuan 1984. The divorce was made official by Judge Syarie Tawadzo Abbas on Sept 14 2009.
When asked about his love life he had this to say;
“I get home tired and so sleepy, sleep is the answer. At my age now, sex is not a priority. Even if someone is married solely because of sex, I feel weird too. This is because marriage is more than that. Sex is just
part of it. Love is more important. Like now my affection continues to flow to children, mothers, families and friends. The most comforting thing to me when I’m not tied to anyone is that you are not squeezing your question or back at what time. It’s not arbitrary to meet people and get married. The experience of marriage used to teach me a lot to be more careful. Because it’s too busy working out and spending time
outside, there’s a forgotten heart. So I’m going to feel sorry for any woman out there who will be alone in the house or just accompanied by a child. My work commitment requires moving and flying around. My career makes it difficult to have household commitments.”
