Kathy Colace Laurinaitis is an American businesswoman.

She was born on  October 19, 1964 in Imperial Valley in southern California.

Kathy’s parents moved to Phoenix when she was a teenager. She had Nicole and Brianna when she was 19. But when her parents returned to California several years later, Kathy remained in Phoenix, making it her home.

She opened JBN & Associates in 1999, with each initial coming from her own children’s names after working as a land developer. It began as a staffing company only doing a placement in Arizona but has grown into a boutique executive search firm serving North America with a team of six at remote locations in Arizona, California, Wisconsin, and Ohio.

The company recruits in all areas of expertise but is widely known in land development, construction, home building, food and manufacturing, and e-commerce.

On September 3, 2015, Kathy Colace became engaged to Laurinaitis.

The pair were married in a private ceremony on March 24, 2016.

Kathy Colace has three children; Nikki Bella & Brie Bella and JJ Garcia . She also has a step daughter; Maya Laurinaitis.
