There are still almost three weeks until the NBA Draft Lottery, and while I’d like to dash any Victor Wembanyama fantasies we might have had, there is a very dark and unpleasant timeline where we find ourselves deciding what to do with a pick other than the first overall.
Even worse, the Detroit Pistons might fall all the way to #4 and face some extremely difficult choices.
With mock drafts starting to appear more frequently, it’s difficult to predict where the Thompson twins will be selected.
While one of them could theoretically move up to the top three, the general consensus has been that Scoot Henderson and Brandon Miller are the most likely to join Wembanyama.
The Detroit Pistons might end up with one of the Thompson brothers in this draft, whether it’s Amen or Ausar, for whatever reason.
Amen Thompson Salary: How much does Amen Thompson make?
Amen is estimated to earn between $400,000 and $500,000 each year depending on his league standing and performance.
An OTE player often makes roughly $100,000 per year, so that puts things into perspective.
