Who Killed Rachael DelTondo? Details Explained
Over three years later, the murder of a young teacher only steps from her house remains unexplained. In another incident, a person of interest in her murder was convicted.
When Rachael was slain in 2018, she was 33 years old. Her assassination remains unsolved, but Beaver County District Attorney David Lozier says the inquiry is ongoing.
Rachael was shot many times in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, at the foot of her parent’s driveway. There were no eyewitnesses to the murder because she had just been dropped off by a friend a few minutes before.
DelTondo’s ex-fiancé, Frank Catroppa, was initially a person of interest. However, District Attorney David Lozier indicated that he was not a suspect in her death.

DelTondo was observed by cops parked in this abandoned lot when she and Frank Catroppa were still together.
She was with high school student Sheldon late at night. Rachael said they were simply pals conversing, but police say she claimed she didn’t want her fiancé to know.
Sheldon was a member of Aliquippa’s illustrious high school football team. His counsel claims he had a romantic involvement with Rachael DelTondo.
DelTondo’s mother denies this, claiming that her daughter has never been romantically involved with Sheldon.
However, three years after the tragedy, the case remains unsolved. I sincerely hope that Racheal DelTondo receives justice as soon as possible.
