Alex Rios Net Worth: Alex Rios is a Puerto Rican-American professional baseball player who has a net worth of $40 million. Alex Rios was born in Coffee, Alabama in February 1981. Rios is an outfielder who bats and throws right handed. He was drafted #19 by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 1999 Major League Baseball Draft. He played in the minor league system for several years before making his major league debut for the Blue Jays in May 2004. In 2008 he signed a seven year deal with the Jays worth over $69 million but he was placed on waivers in 2009. Rios was signed by the Chicago White Sox in 2009 where he played until 2013. Since 2013 he has played for the Texas Rangers. Rios was named an MLB All-Star in 2006 and 2007. On September 23, 2013 he hit for the cycle. Alex represented Puerto Rico in the 2013 World Baseball Classic and won a Silver medal.
