She may not claim to be a TV personality, but Alex Drummond did a lot in that regard on her mother’s Food Network show, known as The Pioneer Woman. His mother – an award-winning blogger, best-selling author, photographer and chef, has been around since August 2011, preparing sumptuous meals and selling different culinary ideas to different audiences. Bio of Alex Drummond
Alex Drummond is the first child of herparents on June 25, 1997 in Pawhuska (Oklahoma). She was conceived in Australia during her parents’ three-week honeymoon there. Alex grew up with three siblings on a ranch owned by his father and although the family struggled to make ends meet, they always gave their children the best education possible.
Details of her early education are not known but she is currently an undergraduate student at Texas A&M University. She attended the school’s special event, Aggie Ring Day, after which Alex and her mother posted photos from the event on Instagram.
As of now, Alex Drummond has yet to carve out her career, perhaps finishing her college studies could determine where she will pitch her tent. For now, she is just popular as the daughter of a famous TV host and chef. This status saw her make several appearances on her mother’s show dubbed The Pioneer Woman. Her mother, Ree Drummond, is the host of the show that airs on the Food Network. Alex’s appearances range from the show’s premiere in 2011 to 2016.
An entire episode of The Pioneer Woman (Alex’s Care Pack) was dedicated to her, and to do so, Ree made many of Alex’s favorite foods, including homemade cheddar cheese crackers, brownie cookies and more. Of course, Alex was there, helping his mom bake the cookies, which turned out great. His father, as well as his siblings, also had their time on the cooking show but not as much as Alex.
Family
Alex’s parents are Ree Drummond and Ladd Drummond- a cattle rancher. The couple have a love story worthy of a romantic movie. Their first meeting was at a local pub over Christmas. Ree had been out for a drink with her friends, although she didn’t want to go at first, she ended up meeting the man of her dreams, Ladd, on that outing. Unfortunately, it took a few months for Ladd to contact Ree who was looking forward to seeing him again. They began dating afterward and on September 21, 1996, they tied the knot and left the country for their honeymoon during which Alex was conceived.
After Alex, his parents had three more children, giving him a sister named Paige and two younger brothers, Bryce and Todd.
Alex Drummond’s Loving Life
With her college degree around the corner, emerging in July 2018, Alex Drummond and Mauricio, who attend the same college, are dating her. However, the claims don’t hold much water yet, as they have yet to be confirmed, despite coming from photos of the two shared by Alex on his Instagram account. The pair also went on a cruise in early 2019 with a few friends.
While Alex and her rumored boyfriend have yet to confirm they’re an item, her mom, on the other hand, isn’t ready to accept the fact that her little cowgirl is all grown up.
