Academic Qualifications of Tanzanian Presidents: 1964 to Present

Tanzania as a country has come a very long way, from pre-independence of the various territories that make up Tanzania, through post-independence, to the merging of Zanzibar and Tanganyika to become what is now the United Republic of Tanzania on October 29, 1964. We vividly remember all the blood that was shed to save the name of Tanzania. However, we have always paid little or no attention to knowing the profile of these men, who until now have mainly brought us their educational qualifications. If you scroll below, you can see the educational profile of Tanzanian Presidents, starting from the first President, Julius Nyerere, to the current President.
